I know the monitor can run 1440p but can I change my resolution to 1080p say for gaming? I read something about image scaling and that the monitor only supports 1440p? But is this true and if i wanted could I play games at 1080p? So i can get more fps?

1080 = vertical resolution. 1080 is less than 1440

You can game at 1080 all you want on the Qnix, but it won't be it's native resolution and might look off a bit. You'll need a dedicated graphics card for the Qnix, it will handle everything.

Awesome, I am concerned about the bleeding though. Any ideas how to prevent that? Or good places?
