If that's the case with you, I'd maybe try using driver sweeper and deleting your display driver completely as if you were uninstalling the card and putting in a new one. Then install the stable release and see how it works for you.

Alot of problems generated by switching to these cards were resolved with fresh windows installs. You may think " oh noes, not my beloved windows install " but in the end, if that helps solve your problem then youll be golden.
