Cases with support for 2 motherboards?

Anyone know of any cases that can hold two motherboards?
Need to rebuild my server soon using my old PC parts (Z68 Asus Maximus Extreme, EATX board somewhat). And I intend to use the ITX board I'm using in the server at the minute as a PFSense build.
Narrowed the server case down to two/three potential cases (I need as many HDD bays as possible). Then I was going to get one of those tiny ITX cases with a Pico PSU and half height PCI slot. Still likely to do that to be honest.

After looking around at cases again, I thought I'd check out that HAF stacker, and I like the idea a lot, especially when I can use x2 HDD cages in the ITX part for the server below it. However, even using these, I'd only get 12 HDD's in there, along with the four optical bays (probably three considering the ITX bit doesn't have a power switch or anything).
Whereas the Nanoxia Deep Silence 5 for example has support for 11 drives without the need for buying extra cages, and four optical bays.
On top of that, I really don't like the look of the HAF cases, much mesh, such transformer.
Reminds me too much of the Thermaltake Overseer, no idea why I ever bought that case. Hideous.

But, I'd like this at a reasonable price, I wouldn't fancy dropping £400 and shipping on a Caselabs case. Not when a Nanoxia would cost £100 and a small ITX case about £70 with a 150w PSU included.

So, is there anything else out there similar to the HAF stacker, or with support for an EATX motherboard and an ITX motherboard?

Or, if I go for the easier route and buy two different cases, anyone get on suggestions for cases that'll support 11+ HDDs.
So far I've managed to find:

Lian Li PC-A76X 12 HDDs and 2 optical at £199.99
Xigmatek Elysium 12 optical bays, with 2 four in three cage included at £157.99
Nanoxia Deep Silence 5 11 HDDs and 4 optical bays at £104.99
Fractal Design Define Xl R2 8 HDDs (can buy another cage to house and extra 4) and 4 optical bays at £104.98

I think I'd have to rule out the Lian Li, I think it does look awesome, but I'm not too sure the metal design would keep it that quiet with 12 HDDs, on top of that the price is off putting considering it has the least potential for HDD storage.
The Xigmatek Elysium seems to have the most potential for storage, using four in three HDD cages, that'd get me potentially 16, or even 5 in three could get me 20. However, the same goes, much mesh. Probably couldn't keep things quiet, and the price of it, especially after having to buy the 4/3 or 5/3 HDD cages will come out considerably more.
The other two are pretty much perfect, especially being 'silent' cases, as this will be in the same room as my PC and my parents, it'd be brilliant to keep things quiet.
Any other suggestions though?

This thing will probably need to be a tower too, UK houses are about the same size as an average shed, and after buying the Air 540 for my new build PC, I don't think I'd have space for another cube case. Got one desk here housing my PC, my parents and the current server.
