Possible GTX 770 Issue

Thread Starter
I recently bought a Palit GTX 770, along with an ASRock Z77 Extreme4 Mobo an i5-3750k processor. (Corsair ATX 750psu, 2x4gb TeamGroup Xtreem 2666mhz RAM)
I'd been getting along fine, an hour or so on DayZ, playing about with new settings.

Then i load up The Elder Scrolls Online, an my computer will randomly power down, no blue screen, nothing..
I've tried monitoring the cpu an gpu temp, seemingly no more than 50C, tried stressing the CPU with Intel Burn Test, haven't managed to repeat the power downs. Otherwise running all default clockspeeds and bios voltages.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Sorry in advance, as i wasn't sure where to post, or if i should even be posting on this forum
