Should i start overclocking cpu with this power supply?

Thread Starter
Hello OCN, i'm new to this forum so please bear with me. My computer is 4 years old and it's not keeping up with my needs so i've decide to overclock the CPU. I have a Ultra LSP750P PSU that`s working fine for me for the past years but after viewing the forum, the power supply that i own have poor reviews. So i`m wondering if whether if i should overclock it or get a new power supply. Also, how can i check if my power supply is delivering enough power to the components?
My build:
CPU: i7 920
MOBO: ASUS P6T SE
GPU: Inno3D GTX 260 Freezer X2
RAM: 6GB @1333MHZ
And if i were to overclock the CPU, how much should i overclock it? and how do i overclock it? I'm completely new to OC. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out.
