should i upgrade my mobo ?

hey i have a msia-gd65 motherbord its a pretty good mobo but i was jw if its worth upgrading it 2 a diff z77 motherbord like a asus or something im useing a i5 3570k and was jw if theres a better mobo i could use more for gameing and overclocking or should i just wait and upgrade 2 x79 asus rog black mobo and i7 4930k

Don't bother upgrading to x79 unless you just get the best deal in the world. X99 is supposed to come out this year. As far as motherboard goes, it won't be worth the investment in a new board. Could you get a better overclock with another board? Maybe, and even if you did, you might get 300mhz max.

ok i was thinking of waiting for x99 but hope it dont take for ever 2 come out if i do get x99 it be with a 8 core intel chip

yeh me 2 im hopeing i can get a good asus x99 mobo a rog one
