First and most obvious question; have you tried a reboot/shutdown? The fact everything seems to be running okay there, but that sensor is maxed at 99 and doesn't move. I'm going to initially assume it's faulty.

Hang about... I just noticed your GPU fan is sitting at 3000rpm... That's like a single 80mm fan on that card if I recall. That will be screaming!

In fact, all your fans are screaming... o.O

Oh dear. This happened before when i always played Far Cry 3 which was really pushing my gpu. At one point when i was playing Far Cry 3, it made the same sound that i can hear right now but only for a few seconds then i went back to normal. I think this time something is really wrong.

If those readings are correct on your case fans, do you feel large volumes of air being moved at the back of your case and a lot of sucking at the front.

If you could pop the side off the tower and listen and give us any information on what is making the sounds.
Tell us as much as possible. Where in the tower, which fan or how many.
