A cmos battery keeps power to your motherboard while the system is powered off and unplugged. The purpose of keeping power is to save your BIOS settings and system time and date.

Judging from what I can see online loud fans are not uncommon to this family of PC. When you are in the BIOS look for a version number, it should be in the system tab. Restore to default setings should be in the exit menu. If not just look around for the stuff and get back to me.

Ok i tried the BIOS thing i reset it to default but still no luck. So then i open up my computer and i knew the problem was coming from the cpu fan and the fan attached to the back of the case. I look at them and they are both clogged with dust. I get a vacuum and clean out the dust from the cpu fan, gpu fan and the fan at the back of the case and it worked! My computer is silent again!

Thank you to everyone who helped me solve this problem! I cannot say how grateful i am!
