Are you wanting a CPU waterblock or a GPU waterblock?
If your looking for the CPU block, take a look at the EK supremacy line-up. You can get them for AMD and Intel platforms.

Most all new CPU blocks perform really close. The only one that edged out of all reviews I've seen was the Koolance 380i. But again, it was a very small increase. The xspc raystorm is the tried and true contender and it has an attractive price around $50. The others are generally around $70-80.

I needed reliable, high-flow CPU blocks for three w-cooled machines (2x LG2011 and Z77). After doing some reading of comparative tests on European and N.American sites, I ended up w/ a Koolance 370i, a Koolance 380i and an EK Supremacy...they are all very close in temp performance and have been very reliable so far...I like the 380i the best simply because its looks work best for me, but that's a subjective thing...
