so last night i decided to do a fresh win7 install after downloading some wrong drivers.
after installing the windows and all the drivers and updating windows i decided to run the windows index score, after around 2min my screen freeze in black, im then forced to reboot and then i though woah woah and launched diablo 3 could play for around 5min before my screen crashed and my sound was buzzing but this time the color was red. the issue happens around the third blink in the windows index score test.
fyi: the pc worked fine pre win 7 install
ive tried reinstalling the gpu driver and even reset bios and reinstalling windows two times but yet without luck
could someone please help me?
update: around 4pm i had it working then i downloaded the beta driver and it ****ed up again., took me 4 hours to get it back to not crashing but i have idea when it will happen again.

spec: i5 3570k 3.4ghz

sounds as if you may be having a ram issue. try booting up with only (slot) one loaded. try to duplicate crash, if it does, try the other dimm

i know the sound you speak of tho, it's kinda angry sounding, right??? goes like sound-studder-sound-crash???

Froller2, One Issue you may be having with the RAM is that the DDR3 sockets you are showing in the photo above shows your memory for this board is Sockets DDR3_1, and DDR3_3.

For optimum performance, when enabling Dual Channel mode with two memory modules, GIGABYTE recommends that you install them in the DDR3_1 and DDR3_2 sockets. (Which would be the two white DIMM SLOTS)

Not sure if this will fix your issue, but at least you'll have one issue fixed, otherwise your Memory will not be running in Dual Channel Mode. Again, make sure if you are running only 2 DDR3 Modules, you are placing them both in the white sockets.
