Yep, so long as it's stable, you're good.

I ran the intel burn test with maximum stress test also ran prime95 for 40min. Will do 12hour test over the weekends. Will that be good enough? I played couple of games like Crysis 2 and BF3 had no issues so far.

It's good. If it doesn't run, just add 0.01 or 0.02vcore - no reason to 12hr test for such a low oc

Ok will do. so what kind of issues should i expect to get if things go wrong? I had and issues while i put the voltage to 1.000 and it was working fine it would start windows 7 run windows fine aswell but when i tried going into my bios it would freeze. I had to flash my bios to fix that. What might cause that problem? I have a asrock z77 extreme4 mobo.

z77 extreme4 gives higher voltage than you have set in some cases. It's not really problematic, just keep in mind that you might think that your chip needs etc 1.1vcore for an OC, when it actually needs 1.15 and the board is just supplying that

Too low vcore = new whea errors and/or bluescreens

On first try a buddy and I overclocked his brand new 3570k to 4.4, using stock voltage and a cm212.
