EVGA is selling the ACX cooler for the Titan Black. Don't know the difference between the pcb of titan black and a 780, but my idea was to fit this cooler on a reference 780. Is this possible?

You may be able fir the coooler, but I don't thing you can use the VRM/RAM unisink as the PCB is slightly differetnt around the VRM area

Would a Gelid Icy Vision do the job or is it not worth it against the reference cooler? It's just that my gtx780 can hit 1200Mhz, but because of the temps it starts to throttle..

It will work at cooling the core, but the VRM cooling is a little weak and that could weaken the OC ability.

I've been searching for other VRM heatsinks, but couldn't find much.. frown.gif

The Gelid cooler itself should do the job fine, but the VRM cooling is my only problem.
