Appraisal: My sig rig, Black Jarvis V1

Well I may be moving to Van soon, which means I would be living in a relative's house for a while until I can get on my feet in the new company, which means I would have to downsize my rig. How much do you think I could get for it. Remember, I live in Canada.

*EDIT*
That is not including the mouse, keyboard, sound system or mousepad. But it does include the monitors. I would upgrade to a single 1440p probably.
*EDIT AGAIN*
I priced it out on pcpartpicker at $3400 with monitors. $2900 without.

around ~$1900 but even then, you'll have a hard time selling it, not a lot of ppl will buying $1000+ if they're used. Parting it will result in selling it faster (most of the parts anyways, would be a headache though)
Wanted: Looking for a GTX 970
$9,999 (USD)

Thats kind of what I was thinking. If I parted it out, lets say the easy stuff. GPU's, CPU+mobo, RAM as 2x4GB kits, 2 HDD's (I'll keep the SSD and an HDD if im parting it out), CPU cooler, PSU (I may keep, but probably not), 2 monitors (I like having at least 2 monitors lol). I know cases, especially this big, are hard to move.
