computer frezzes locks have to hold power button to restart

well i have been havieng some issues since ive played with my m5a99x evo and i found i have some issues frist off idk when this happen but it has im getting boot locks i can have vuze open downloading and all of a sudden it locks up vuze is still up and i cant get her even to the task manager so i have to hold the power botton to restart even if im idel not doing anything i have reformated all windows updates and basic software like avast and any video converts just basic stuff i use and one game this is what im running fx 4300 3.8 stock h-80 water cooler 16 gigs of gskill ram and 1600 and 2 his hd 5770 crossfires i know old but useable and wd hard drives know i have ran diagnostic and none of this makes any damn sinces at all ok so im over clocked 4.52ghz at ht/link 2607 v core 1.1312500 cpu/nb 1.25000
dram 1.5000 c6 disabled and turbo mode disabled and im idel at 32c and full load at 40c motherboard is 30c temps video cards like 70c i dont really full load them but i have seen them go up to 75 to 80c hard drives like 25 30 c know this is were it becomes tricky i ran the wd tool both hard drive are passed i ran memtest for 24stright hrs not error processor is new and the coolmax 1000 watt psu is new but i have it setting on the out side of the case wanted to check the fan and make shere it was working right also took my video cards out and put them in my brothers computer there about same temps but no issues besides that the upls for crossfire is disableding my high definition audio in my system devices i if for a ultra low power state for the card i still have sound and all but its i almost for got to say i took his video card and put it in mine still frezzes and locks up im thinking motherboard is going what do u all think i need some input please and think u

Almost 100% sure its your HDD/SSD thats dying, also please leave some room when you type you have made a massive wall of text and that can be hard to read

i tested both hard drives with the wd tool thay both came back good and passed so im thinking motherboard and plus my bios screen doent fit my computer screen i have to disconnect the vga hdmi cable to my video cardsand power it on and hit delete alot hope i get in to bios plug my hdmi back in and i can see the entire bios so i have no idel could be my hdd but im not for shere but why would the wd tool say thay passed

I had a HDD that was broken software said it was fine but it was FUBAR so had to get it replaced

think u shilka u hit that right on the money I hooked it up to my brother computer and it did the same thing so im rmaing it back to wb think u so much I wasn't even thinking it was since the wd tool did pass it but think so much know I can just rma a hard drive instead of a motherboard I haven't been building for a while only adding on to what I have its easyer that way instead of building a rig evey few years but what pisses me off it this hard drive dosnt even have 200 days on it running but all well reather have it rma it know sicne I still have warrenty
