Wii Fit Trainer, huh? Well, I guess you can't say they lack creativity....

If you watched the trailers, Nintendo seems to be focusing a little more on combos. This is interesting.

I agree from what we saw there seems to be a lot of new mechanics going into the game especially the newer characters it doesn't appear to be the same 10 move sets slightly tweaked in speed and power *see fox/ falcon* at the end of the day i guess we'll see...

I feel like they have been listening to the competitive scene. I hated that everyone always wanted to do Final Destination. Now they have the mode on other maps which is cool and freshens it up. They also have been looking at balancing characters and making them more unique which was definitely needed. I do like they split Zelda/Shiek and Metroid/Samus as well. I cannot wait for this game.

The fact that Nintendo is co-developing it with Namco-Bandai should mean they're taking the competitive scene and character balance more seriously. Namco-Bandai develops the Soul Calibur serious after all. Now Nintendo has some actual fighting game experience helping with development.

Can't wait to try out Lil Mac and the new ZSS.

The LAN adapter is one of the more surprising announcements.

Remember when you could have LAN parties with Halo? That was awesome, Xbox Live is not.
If only Nintendo had a shooter that could take advantage of it. Heck, if they made a co-op focused Metroid I'd buy a second Wii U.

On second thought, that also (sort of) fixes the "one tablet per console" limitation, just buy more consoles and hook them together. I know it sounds ridiculous at first, but back in the day I bought a second 360 just for the ability to use a separate screen. It's really not that much different.

Looks amazing. Now they only need to port it to PC and make it online cross/platform. My favorite is still the original N64 though tongue.gif
