Nope, Win 7 64bit freshly installed, kingston hyperx 3k SSD, 2x4GB hyperx beast DDR3@1866, Asus M5A97 Evo R2.0 mobo, XFX Pro 550W PSU,gigabyte windforce o/c GTX 560Ti 1GB video card- I play with a mixture of medium and low settings@1080p cause I run out of VRAM-even at stock 3.5Ghz that CPU had no issues fully driving my old 560Ti in BF4. What you describe could be a virus or a process in general that pegs the CPU,some issue with registry , a possible SLi/driver conflict or an OS problem. You can try a single card and see how it goes. PSU might be an issue too.

Edit: Nvm, you are not the OP, you had the temperature issue. Go ask the guys at 8320/8350 official thread and they will help you.

it only overheats when i have it clocked at 5.0@ 1.5v . and i have the h80i turned all the way up while gaming so it keeps it as cold as it can.
Edit-here is my rig

I feel 5Ghz@1.5Vcore might be a tad too much for H80 but I haven't used that.

its way to much for the h80, i can get it to idle at 5 with the h80 but anything more than that it freezes my computer and i have to restart it. i can hit 4.7 without any thermal issues, anything past that is a risk of crashing or freezing.
