A Little trouble in Phantom 820

Hello ladies and gents,

Looking for some advice to see if I am doing the cooling on this case wrong.

Case has all the fans installed in every section with a h100 at the top with the 200 mm fans.

The issue I am having is with the GPU's. I have 2 R9 270's and it seems the top card is getting too much heat.

When I put my hand up to the top card there seems to be a rush of hot air near the end of the card facing the front of the case going towards the side fan. Top card has temps of 85 degrees C where the lower card stays at a about 63 degrees under full load.
Any thoughts, maybe upgrade the side fan?

Top, Side, Front, stock 200mm NZXT fans. Middle and bottom are cooler master 140mm. Rear is stock 120mm NZXT.

H100 has stock corsair fans.

Just in case someone has the same issue, taking off the side filter reduced heat by about 6-8 degrees.
