Well if you have it in the budget, I would definitely get a mechanical keyboard. I have had the opportunity to try both linear and tactile switches and I preferred linear for gaming and ended up getting a Ducky Shine 3 TKL with Cherry MX Red switches. I love this keyboard and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
