when benchmarking using heaven does it use any of your cpu and ram or just graphic cards?

my current build is listed below . when benchmarking using unigine heaven at 2560x1440p and default settings I am getting 127.7 fps and a score of 3216 . I am upgrading my memory ram from 16gb ddr3 1600 to 16gb ddr3 2400 will my score and fps go up when benchmarking using heaven benchmark with the new ram I installed ? or does that software just give you the scores and fps for your graphic cards ?

It may give some boost to performance, but if it does it won't be a huge one. From what I have seen, the key factor in heaven benchmarks are GPU performance.

Well, are you trying to see performance from a specific component (the ram you just upgraded?) or do you just want a full system benchmark?

I want to do a full system benchmark I want to see what fps I am getting with the way my system is now and when I have the new ram in it I want to see how all the components are working together the only benchmark software I know about is heaven and fraps and I don't think fraps is a benchmark

Honestly, in my opinion, the best way to benchmark something is to just use real world tests (play your games and watch the fps in fraps). Unless you are trying to hit a specific score on a specific benchmark, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just play your games and make notes of frame rates.

Yes, it's mostly a graphics benchmark though

You can use Maxxmem and Adia64 to benchmark memory
