Hello guys, need some advice.
sinds a few days i have a i7 975 extreme.
very suprised to see that it still performe very well.

its overclocked wright now to 4.0ghz, just upped the mult, a bit more vcore so underload it will give me 1.224 according to cpu-z.
mem manualy at 1600mhz and all the rest is set to auto.
but a would like to se it at 4.2ghz stable, i can boot and benchmark at 4.2ghz with a vcore of 1.275 but its not stable, so do i have to make different settings ore just up the vcore.
and if i would like to now the max Multi what is the vcore that i can give the cpu just to see at what Multi it will boost up.
and what core temps are good underload, so what temps for testing is safe.

my system
