Hi everyone

G'day from Australia everyone. Been around here for a while, but never really decided to actually say hi until now. Im fairly new to the overclocking scene, mostly because up untill recently i never had anything that was either worth overclocking, or could be overclocked. Then one fatefull stormy night, the gods intervened, and the next morning i was unabale to turn my machine on. A quick diagnostic (paperclip the psu) discovered that the psu was ok, so that left me with main board. So off to the store and i cam home the proud owner of a new Z87x-oc, and a 4770K. I already had one r9270x, and the SSD, and at the time an XFX 800W semi modular psu in my X-Predator X3 case. Now this thing was FAST compared to what i was using, and first stop after some basic temp tests, and running the cpu at 75% overnight, was a bit more speed. I only went as far as 42x @ 1.2V, thats about all my H80i can handle, and i cant get more than 4.2GHZ at 1.2V (I can in ubuntu no problem, but widows refuses to load, i did have windows working great at 4.4 one day, untill i looked at the temps and noticed it was idling at 78C (damn auto voltage in UEFI))
Since then, ive added another 270x, and a black widow ultimate keyboard. So thats my rig, as for me, im a mechanic, love fast cars and racing, not much else to mention. Future projects include custom cables for the RM850 psu, sleved in orange and grey paracord. And then possibly a custom water loop to help the temps a bit and see if i cant get to 4.5GHZ stable. Then after that, i love the look of the CM storm stryker case:yessir:

Thanks guys, i've had a quick browse of the haswell guide, and as soon as i get around to printing it out i might go back in and see if i can get any more without much more volts, but if not, then i guess the custom water might be next on the cards for me.
