Using windows 8 recovery usb on windows 7

Thread Starter
So I made a Windows 8 recovery USB and installed windows 7. I'd like to revert it back to W8 but am having trouble; I feel like I am doing it right but no options are working for me. Following this tut I get to the troubleshooting menu, but none of the options work for me. I assume I'm supposed to choose 'System image Recovery"? Any idea how I can make it work?

Alas, your recovery USB will "recover" a corrupted Windows 8, it won't "re-install" Windows 8.
