How to do RMA Request

Hi Team,

How are you doing? This is Katie from Avatar Tech Inc , we have few AMD CPU it was purchased from your company during in Feb 2014.
could you please let us know how to do the RMA with you guys?

We already did from this link that you provided, we request 5pcs but only got 1pc can do the RMA the other 4pcs AMD said can't find a match that why we going to do with Tigerdirect and also we are so wondering that we are purchase from Tigerdirect and can't help us.

Perhaps your company should contact AMD directly by phone to address the issue. System builders usually have access to bulk tray processors than just buying boxed processors from retail, less issues dealing with defects that way through direct contact as a registered OEM partner.

Best lead for now is to send a private message to AMD hardware reps. At lease here on OCN.
