I want LG to make Nexus.

Torn between the S5 and the One M8. I love the removable battery and SD card storage on the S5, but the design on the M8 is gorgeous.

Just FYI: The HTC One (M8) also supports SD cards now.

I don't understand why people still want removable batteries. Don't get me wrong, but you hardly ever need to replace these batteries as they last a solid 2-3 years with normal use compared to removable batteries which generally die much faster.

It depends on what you're using your fone for. I play Ingress and unfortunately, without a spare battery and a 16,000 ma external charger I'd have had to give up playing after about 2 hours on my S3.
I've upgraded to the S5 and for the moment I can play without the accessories although i will pick up a spare battery soon to cover longer sessions.

Yeah that makes sense. You have the freedom of keeping the phone free from wires for a longer time.

I must add tho that for normal use, there's no need for extra batteries etc and the S5 seems to be much more efficient but i expect some battery degradation over time.

Until someone figures out how to unlock the bootloader/root on the S5, have fun with those 500 pre-installed AT&T apps that are constantly running in the background and are consuming your battery life.
