On an unrelated note the S4's model number is the i337 and that makes me smile every time I see one come in on my systems.
As a tier 2 tech you should also be aware that the 4.4 update for ATT phones is prepared by ATT, thus the blame for that purely anecdotal failure rate is entirely on ATT's shoulders. As a sales rep for Rogers in Canada, I have yet to come across a single bricked s4 due to the kitkat update that rolled out last month. In fact, my anecdotal evidence of knowing dozens of s4 owners from different companies, and not a single one having had a problem with the update, tells me that if what you are saying is true, it is ENTIRELY ATT's fault, and that they had better have staff like you warranty replacing their customers phones full time, or risk an entirely justified class action suit.Edited by HeadGear - 4/12/14 at 10:36pm
