EK FC680 GTX DCII Scews stuck. Advice?

Hey,

So i'm beginning a watercooling setup, and i plan to take my time and get it perfect. I have picked out UV Mayhems coolant, and some UV lighting, so i would love to have everything as see through as i can.

When buying the block for my GPU i could only find this on FrozenCPU: EK-FC680 GTX DCII - Acetal+Nickel

Then i found a plexi top for it! TOP Plexi - FC680 GTX DCII

So!

I have my GPU block, from FrozenCPU, and then i bought the top cheap from EK directly, to make it see through. But!

All the screws fit the allen key supplied. Except for just three that will not come out!
The allen key fits perfectly in all BUT these three. The three highlighted, have some weird writing on them, but they aren't the only ones with this writing on them, and the allen key is JUST too small, I've taken it with me to the hardware store, it is literally in between sizes! Both Imperial and Metric... the allen key just turns inside the screw opening, by less than half a mm!

Below is one of the screws with the markings on it, you can kind of see its odd shaped:

Below is a normal screw, plainfaced:

I'll email EK, but what are my options, or any tips?
Should i be talking to EK as it was sealed brand new or Frozen CPU?

Can't get a flat head in there to get the screw out?

I'm currently trying, but it really seems uneven on a few of the edges...
Might try a screw specialty shop during the week.

Anyone had something like this before?
