Gigabyte 280x GV-R928XOC rev1 vs rev2, what are the fixes in the latter?

Having trouble finding anything definitive on Google. The only thing I can see is the shroud and fans are different on Rev 2, probably in response to noise issues I've seen when researching the card.

Does anyone have any info on other changes?

Looks like the same PCB but maybe EK is wrong, since Rev 2.0 is a black pCB

IIRC it's the same plastic shroud as the R9 270X (with three 80mm fans) and the heatsink only has three heatpipes.
