YEAH!!! Take the time to say "thank you" to the universe, or to god or whatever you believe. Just, don't forget to be extremely grateful for this gift!
By the way, does your camera have a macro lens?
Sound card doesn't really matter to me. I have a wireless card taking up my only PCI lane.
i7 960, not 920
Unfortunately the RAM is only 12GB instead of the 48GB I thought it was. I know 12GB is nice, but it sucks that it's in 2GB sticks
Don't know anything about the cooler other than it's a Asetek (or whatever it is) with two CM fans. I don't know how good the fans are either.
560Ti is nice, but I can't fit it in my current rig. My 680FTW has a tri-slot cooler on it, and my wireless card gets in the way.
Forgot to look up the motherboard, about to do that.
Case is nice too, might swap my 650D out. This case's side panel has room for fans on it. Will save me from having to buy a mesh side screen.
Finally, I'm heading over to my buddy's house, and I might take the rig with me and have him get pictures. He has a studio/professional camera with a few specific lenses. He came over a couple days ago and got pics of my current rig. I don't know if we have the right light in his house, and it's night time here now.
Also, the board had bent pins, but I think I fixed those.

Yea, thinking of splitting the RAM up and giving 4GB to one friend and 4GB to the other to help them with their rigs. My build is actually from money saved over 2 years or so. They are wanting gaming rigs, and I had some spare money and an upgraded prebuilt. I got some basic parts off eBay, and had a spare GT430. (They're now Phenom II x4 965BE on a 870(?) Asus AM3 board, and the other rig is an Athlon II x3 450 with a GT 640)
EDIT: Phenom rig took RAM from his old computer, he's got some generic 1333MHz C9 2x2GB. Other friend has DDR2 RAM, so he will be needing some DD3.Edited by AcEsSalvation - 4/12/14 at 5:41pm
