Well that was dumb of me not to think about your resolution, I assumed 1080p when I saw Asus 23.6" redface.gif

Best of luck.

I believe I would get better performance gain by upgrading my video card. It is only a 1GB card, and games like Titanfall will fail to load in time & kick me from a match when I set textures to Ultra.

you hit 75 with encoding?

I keep to ~75 average under 100% cpu load with x264, i am able to use about 1.36vcore on air, with HT off (basically same as i5)

I haven't done any encoding or rendering since I've had this CPU. I ran Prime95 when first OCing to 4.0 and stayed around 74-76 I believe.

Yea, Primev28 is super hot

I don't like using it, a lot of people don't - if you want the hottest test, you can go and run Linpack and get >200gflops at 4ghz, and 80c @1.1v with a h100i, but it's not very useful
