Pc3200, 2.7v?

I got a 2x256 (PC3200) that is running at 2.7V .. aint that a bit too much?? , i haven't changed anything tho...!

Well, ram is rated at all different voltages. Mostly it is between 2.6v-2.9v, so 2.7v is just fine

nope, its fine, most ram at stock voltages are anywhere from 2.5-2.8 volts depneding on speed.
