Transplanting WU's

I had to reformat my computer when I installed my new motherboard. I saved the 2 WU's that were in progress on the old installation of windows. How do I safely insert then into my current OS so that they will finish without a problem?

Do I just move the work folder or what?

Just move the entire folder to your new computer and it will continue from there.
