Best card for BattleField 4 With maxxed settings

Thread Starter
Hey guys - Im sure this has been talked about many times. I really haven't found a PURE answer yet.
Im looking for a card that is not gonna drop below 50fps on ultra.
My current set up is.
AND - FX-9590 Vishera 4.7GHz 8 core
780 wat power supply.
10Gb of ram!.
64bit os.
Radeon hd 6950s crossfired.

My 6950s dont seem to wanna do the job anymore. They struggle to keep up good fps with low settings.

I have had a few cards mentioned to me that Im told will get the job done with ease.

Iv been told that the EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2765-KR GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 will get the job done and then some.
Iv also been told to go with the SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB

However my bud has a brand new in the box - Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X OC GDDR5 3GB card he will sale me for 250. Its never been opened. Has a 3 year warranty!

My long term plain is to find something that can run with out issues what so ever and later on add a second card.

Any advice? Thanks

Titan Z or R295X2. Those are the best cards available, therefore the best cards for that game.

Yes it will. Those are fairly close to my 7970 if I recall correctly, and I do just fine maxing the game out.

That I had not heard. However, the 280x is far faster than either of the retail options you were looking at, and as you said, you DO get the warranty. Personally I would roll the dice on it. I know there have been people running 280Xs at full load 24/7 for months at a time in mining rigs.
