BSODs after a stable overclock, memtest

Hello!

(If this is the wrong forum, then please move the thread)

I'll try to keep it short and concise. I had a very stable PC for little under 2 years. Last Saturday during normal work my Chrome extensions started crashing - this to me is the first Very Bad Sign of something going on. Not long after that I had a BSOD - first since almost 2 years.

I was puzzled as I did not install or do anything special with my PC on Friday. I reset BIOS settings to default and after around 30 minutes or so I had another BSOD. Computer was very unstable, everything crashed now and then (including Windows Explorer) and I noticed distorted graphics on desktop.

During Blend torture test in Prime95 (the one that uses lots of RAM) I was getting rounding errors. Other types of tests went pretty much fine. I decided to test RAM. I have 2 sticks of this RAM: G.Skill Ares DDR3 2x4GB 1600MHz CL9 (F3-1600C9D-8GAO). So last night I downloaded memtest86+ and put it on a USB stick (installation is very easy by the way).

Then this happened:

Then I changed my RAM profile in BIOS from XMP to Default - same thing.

I understsand that this means my RAM is faulty?
I plan to remove 1 stick today and try again, then remove 2nd stick and try again just to determine which one is failing.

Now, if one of the sticks proves faulty, do I have to replace both of them? Can I use one of them for some time?

Cheers

Could you list all the parts in your PC that would help in trying to track down the problem
