Edit: 16/04/2014 - Pre Download Confirmed!

The 1.70 update adds features to build on this idea and make it faster to play the games you pre-order with an auto pre-download capability, which allows you to pre-download your select pre-ordered game up to several days prior to release. If you have the auto-download feature enabled, it will automatically pre-download your pre-ordered game so you can play as soon as the game is unlocked on release day.

This looks fantastic! Of course there are still important features to add (3D, MP3, DLNA support, YouTube share, etc). But still, so excited! Finally Sony has listened to the users! Supposedly this is going to be announced between this and next week... crossing my fingers biggrin.gif

That wouldn't help him, lol.

D-L-N-A.

It's essentially a media sharing/streaming standard that DLNA supported devices use to communicate with each other. DLNA Client (PS4) could stream a movie from a DLNA Server (PC), for example.

So basically it would be a wireless way to reproduce media from one devide (PS4) to another device (PC / TV / w/e that support's DLNA communications)? Would I be able to play my games wirelessly and use a TV to display the image without having it connected to the PS4 via HDMI?

I don't see this coming...

Honestly, where do the majority of the people on the internet get their H.264 1080/720p Bluray mkv's from?
