Desperate - no way to install Windows on a brand new motherboard

Thread Starter
I've been struggling just to install Windows on a brand new motherboard i just bought. I never had so much trouble in 10+ years of experience. I'm desperate, please help.

Gigabyte j1800n-d2h
Memory : http://www.ebay.com/itm/151246681299?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

My attemps to install Windows:

- First try with with Windows 7 64bits
Result : BIOS detect it, boots into setup but it freezes as soon as the "starting windows" screen comes up (before the install). A big red bar appears on the top of the screen and then the computer locks up

- 2nd try with Windows 7 32bits ultimate SP1
Result : BIOS doesn't even detect my drive and it automatically boots into EFI Shell then gets stuck here. No way to boot the install CD.

3rd try with Windows 7 32bits with an USB Key
- Result : USB Key is detected, i can set the bios to boot onto the USB Key but it doesn't work, it just gets me back to BIOS without starting Windows Setup (i built the USB Key using Microsoft Win7 bootable USB creator)

4th try with Windows 7 32bits (different version)
- result: same thing

- Tried another ISO of Windows7 64bits : same problem, red bar at top of screen then freezes here

- Tried Windows 8.0 : doesn't detect the dvd drive at all, can't boot

- Tried booting Windows 7 64 bits from EFI using these commands:
Shell> Fs0:
fs0:> \EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.EFI
Same problem, red bar on top then freeze.

My BIOS says that 64bits is supported, but on Gigabyte's they say you need to upgrade BIOS for 64bits compatibility. I have F2 version, latest is F3. I've tried to upgrade the BIOS without success.
- Can't install OS so can't upgrade BIOS through Windows
- BIOS doesn't have any function to flash it
- I tried putting the BIOS upgrade on a FAT32 USB key but i couldn't boot it

Other tests:
- I also ran a full memtest during 2 hours and it didn't detect any problems
- I tested the HDD with HDSentinel, everything is fine and SMART looks good.
- Tried with different RAM slots, with different SATA connections, different USB plugs, i changed my SATA cables, etc.

I don't know what you don't know, so, no insults meant here.............

You don't install an OS to a motherboard, you install to a hard drive or a solid state drive.
What motherboard and what computer?
When you say " BIOS detect it", detect what?
What settings did you make in the bios before you tried the first install?

Only use one stick of ram. Also discconect all the hard drives except the one you want to install os on. Go into bios and set default values. Then try again.

I see that this is an integrated MoBo with a Celeron CPU already installed. This is rather weird since it looks like the Samsung memory is compatible though it won't work at 1600; it gets downgraded to 1333MHz. If you have the F2 BIOS don't even bother trying to load 64 bit Win7 as it's not supported. When you tried the USB key Win7 install did you plug it into the USB 2.0 port? Most MoBo's do not support USB 3.0 until after Windows installation when you load the driver. A call to Gigabyte might be in order.
