is 67c under 100% load prime95 the coolest a corsair h100i can keep a non deleded i7 4770k at stock clock no matter what thermal paste you use ?

my current build is listed below . my corsair h100i with the pre-applied paste would give me a max 100% load prime95 temperature of 67c after a 15 minute test . I then changed thermal paste to gelid gc extreme which is better thermal paste then the pre-applied paste and my temps were the same . is it that the 67c under 100% load prime95 test is the coolest a corsair h100i can keep a non delided i7 4770k with stock clock speed no matter what thermal pate you use ? or is there room for improvement in temperature ?

Sounds like you can't improve on TIM. You could make sure the pump is running at 100% and consider changing the fans to higher Airflow/Pressure ones.

You need to fix the issue between the CPU and the IHS.

I have it a push pull setup my case is the thermaltake overseer rx-1 and I have x2 200mm fans installed under the top panel and above the case frame and I have the x2 120mm fans installed on the top under the case frame so I have a push pull with x2 120mm and x2 200mm fans exhausting air out of my case

Integrated Heat Spreader. It is that square metal cover on your CPU's PCB in order to protect the fragile CPU die, and also increase the surface area for a cooler to touch in order to keep the chip cool (in theory, but doesn't work as well as theory would suggest).

IHS = integrated heat spreader, basically the metal piece covering the die

if you plug your pump directly to your psu (molex or something) then it'll be running 100% for sure

Just looked it up and it looks like you can't change it actually. I think it runs at 100% all the time.
