I'm a little confused, what fans do you have installed that are attached to the radiator?

I have the x2 120mm fans that came with the corsair h100i attached to the radiator . are you trying to figure out how I have x2 120mm and x2 200mm fans in a push pull configuration ? my case is the thermaltake overseer rx-1 I have x2 200mm under the top panel and above the frame of the case . you can see a unboxing of the thermaltake overseer rx-1 to see how the top 200mm fans is installed on the case and then you will understand how I have x2 200mm fans and x2 120mm fans in a push pull configeration

Just looked it up and it looks like you can't change it actually. I think it runs at 100% all the time23.gif.

If your pump/block is tight against the cpu I wouldn't bother with washers. Your high ambient temps don't help at all. If you can run P95 when you have 22-23C ambient temps, I bet you see a drop in cpu temp.

I'm not sure about the answer to your question. I think it's too broad for anyone to answer with confidence.

However, I do have experience with the Corsair H100. I used one to cool my first over-clocking project.

Notice I said that i "USED" one, not that I am using one.

I found it to emit a very loud and annoying sound that made it almost impossible to work anywhere near the computer case (which was not practical in my circumstances.) And, it really did not do a great job of cooling, especially in light of the amount of sound.

I finally gave in and installed a simple, custom-built liquid cooling system which was not much more expensive but was substantially quieter and cooler. I still have the H100 in a drawer somewhere that I will gladly give to anyone who comes my way who can use it.

And my simple custom-built cooling system eventually evolved into a not-so-simple cooling system for the CPU, motherboard, and GPU utilizing 2 MCP655-B pumps with an XSPC RX480 radiator and an XSPC EX360 with copper tubing, etc, etc.... OMG. What an addiction!

Maybe the H100 is okay after all.
