1/ DO NOT SELL your D14. You will only regret it. This truth is know and confirmed repeatedly by others. biggrin.gif
2/ I think the NZXT Tempest 410 is a better case than the others you listed. HDD cage is front to back allowing more airflow from front intakes. What fans are you using and where are they placed now?
3/ Wait, keep and fine tune the cooling in 410. Good front and one bottom intakes should supply plenty of air. If you are not using an optical drive a third front intake could be fit there. Raise case up so bottom fans get airflow.
4/ Already answered.

Cooling guide is in link below.

Now the noisy GPU on the other hand, we need to tone it down. Do you use MSI afterburner/Sapphire Trixx? If so did you do a fan curve? I sound so patronising redface.gif, while using them can you let me know the max temperature of the card during a stressful game?

I have to use the curve fan when before I only put the Auto fan without a fnacurve.... and it is more noisy now

Is the GPU cooler core clean?

Unless you go with an NZXT Kraken X60, you will hardly have any cooling performance improvements with a CLC. Plus, the CLC will be noisier.
If you really need side-panel fans, you wouldn't want the GX700 or the 302. The Enermax Coenus doesn't have fan mounts on its side panel.
Your best bet would be to go with the CoolerMaster HAF 912. It has a side panel fan mount and it should have the clearance required for your cooler.

So it has been cleaned, its a non reference cooler and this means it should be quiet. Has it always been loud or has it started recently?

Is the card running at a high temperature?

it is loud under high speed...but this bad airflow goven for the lack of side panel case has made get worse temperatures and listen higher noise from the video card

What temps are you getting under load? Your GPU might be fine with a higher temperature.

Hey Pontiac, just cut/modify your side panel so that it fits. No problem. Post a picture of your panel so I can see what you are working with.

if i cut it...the same thing happens because the heatsink is located just in the place where the fans goes...
