Longasc also PMed me raging hard, accusing me of me having a problem with him returning his G502, and telling me to block him.

Dear god...is a MOUSE this important?

I am sorry to have derailed this. This was not my intention and unexpected.

But I am not the one name calling or constantly pointing fingers at someone in an ad hominem manner. I was asking the person to let it be, but nooo, he drags it into this thread.

I hope the topic can now focus again on suggestions.

Ah, yeah.

lol. I was planning on having it today but I discovered that Sierra Nevada Summerfest is available again and picked some up, so it'll be opened tomorrow. I have a Trappist beer every week, but I haven't had Summerfest in a year and I've missed it.

Sorry for the offtopic.gif, but it's beer so it's all good.

I mainly stick with German hefeweizens like Weihenstephaner. Best beers ever.

My best friend is coming into town in 10 days and he's the head of a beer group in OKC. I foresee a lot of traveling around in a haze heading my way.

I don't like the G400 shape very much at all, but I'm going to give this mouse a try when it is released here. I was set on either the Mionix 7000 series Avior or NAOS, but I'm going to give this a go first because of the sensor. If I don't like the shape, then I will try to sell it and try one of the Mionix mice. Even though I am using a G5 right now, the feedback from other members about the shape, makes me feel there enough of a difference that I might not dislike the shape as much as the G400.

If Logitech do put this in a more mid-range, no frills mouse, I hope they use a different shell to the G400. I'm just not a fan of that shape. Hopefully they come up with something new.

btw, what size hand are you? I'm just a touch under 20.5cm but have relatively skinny fingers, so hopefully the shape fits me OK. The only thing I'm worried about is the sniper button. The weight and everything else, I think I will be OK with.

Edit : lol, looks like we all like the same beer.

Weihenstephaner Hefes are my current favorite, but being here in Australia, I don't have access to all the beer you guys have. What Erdinger do you recommend Ino? I might see if I can track it down.

Also, what type of beer is that Sierra Nevada Summerfest? I've tried the Hefeweizen and Pale Ale from Sierra Nevada and liked both, so would be interested in trying more from them.

It's a Czech pilsner. I'm pretty terrible when it comes to describing beers other than saying it's delicious, so I'll just link you to beeradvocate so you can gander at the comments and what people say about it: Sierra Nevada Summerfest

I seem to be the only person who loves the sniper button and the scroll wheel on this mouse. Sniper button is just an extra button that's easy to hit and the scroll wheel has good feedback and is ridiculously convenient when using free scroll while browsing the web. I do wish it had some rubber on it somewhere though; kinda hard to tilt while gaming because my finger just wants to slide off the metal. Thankfully my hands don't sweat too much because the wheel would be impossible to scroll easily with sweaty fingers. Still the best mouse I've ever owned. Excluding cable the g502 is two grams lighter than my Kone XTD, which is funny because I've never seen anyone complain about the XTD's weight, heh.
