I believe <100 grams are doable (Xai + g502 sensor), though with extensive wheel weight modification.

Yeah, but unlike the 3310 or 3090 the new sensor is not a derivate of the old A2020 architecture. So it could be lighter or heavier, someone would have to dissect a 502 to know.

They didn't weigh the sensor alone though lol

what mionix video that refers to the extra weight of the 3310 are people referring to?

I know, blackmesatech did, but as you can see the source of illumination seems to be much smaller (I can't see it in that pic, but it's there), so the whole unit might weigh much less.

also, even if it is heavier, the g100s is a pretty light and it has a 15g weight in it to make it heavier. I think it is highly improbable that the 3366 sensor is 15g heavier then another mouse sensor.

about the mousefeet, I use this:

it's a PTFE tape thinner than 1mm and is really cheap compared to aftermarket feet replacement....I apply it over the original feet to improve glide capabilities

you can apply the size you want, so I use a less wide area than the original feet to have less friction.

the drawback is that it is consumed quite fast on hardmats, but it's cheap and can be replace 2 times per month...I bought mine 6 years ago
i use it on g240 and after 2 month it still glides much better than the original feet

maybe you shoul give it a try

Thread Starter
The part about this being a dual PCB mouse makes me nervous about seeing another in a different shell for the near future. G400 had a similar PCB setup and we never saw any other Logitech mice with it.
