I ordered my Tri-X on Monday and came Wednesday. Since the price went down by $30 for the Tri-X ($479 -> 449) and if you talk to a rep they may give you a gift card.

Do you plan on doing high overclocks? That card seems to be geared towards people who are doing overclocking on it (I have not used it personally). Judging by the 290's ~945 clock speed, you might get a noticeable performance gain or you might not. If you are worried about noise, every card makes noise, that's just one of those universal truths about life. This card's fans will not be as big of a noise improvement over another tri-fan card as Sapphire might claim. All air cooled graphics cards make noise. So unless you need it for a specific reason like overclocking, I would just get another one if they are all sold out.

Hehehe I guess you didn't read everything. I have ordered it from Newegg on 4/19/2014 and it should arrive today. I game with CF 6950 2GB on 1440p at 96hz and could push my monitor to 120hz, Just needed an upgrade due to the fact that my 6950's at 14440p can't handle most of the game being released. I do some over clocking but nothing extreme. I push my i3570k 4.6Ghz when i'm playing certain game but thats about it. I did a ton of research on the card and I know for a fact the Vapor X will not be louder then my MSI R6950 Twin Frozr II 6950 2GB, XFX Radeon HD 6950 2GB. in my case. My first video card purchase was a 3dfx Voodoo so yea I have been buying card for a long time. tongue.gif
