Star Citizen 780 Classified Single or Dual?

Star Citizen plans for major graphics weight should I just water cool the 1 780 Classy or SLI with two?

I doubt 1 would be enough if you want to turn everything up. It's probably going to be like crysis when it first came out- even the best PC money could buy couldn't do 60fps with absolutely everything maxed.
