Hi,
I need a bit of help as i have a Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 1GDDr5 128 bit graphic card and i would like to know what overclocking settings are best to use with it.
I'm using MSI Afterburner to overclock it.
Please I would be grateful for a little help.
Thank you.

You should use msi afterburner... But with that card, that is more for business than gaming, you may need a custom bios... Sorry i cant help more.

no one can really tell you what settings to use as its different for every card.
just start slowly turning up the core by 5mhz or so until it the becomes unstable, then turn up the voltage a little bi, then start adjusting the memory clocks.
leave the shader clock and core clocks locked together, dont try to adjust them seperately.

other than that, its just going to be trial and error man.....at first you can prob bump the core/memory up 50mhz or so and the voltage up by like 10mv and then start figuring out the max from there.

Check out these OC results for various 450s. Lowest one reached 920MHz core.

Start with a 25MHz increase on the core clock, test with a benchmark and a couple of games, increase again if stable.
Once it becomes unstable, increase the voltage a notch (+0.05v) and test again.
If it is stable, increase the core again and so on.

http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/dzzf8/

I bought two cards (I have two monitors) years ago, only for folding at home.

Folding is a severe test for graphics cards and at the time I have rock stability at 995 MHz core, 2100 MHz memory and 1075 mv with Afterburner 3.0.0

Have you a GF116 gpu?

Giovanni

EDIT I'm now folding@home at 1025 MHz for testing these incredible cards
