Master Kleer tubing

I was watching a guy doing a system build with a custom liquid cooling loop and he had an issue with the tubing being too thick for the compression fittings even though they were labelled as having the right ID and OD sizes. This video is quite old now but here is the link:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZVNz0RCcyI

at 5:13 he talks about it. He says that he could only get 2 revolutions with part that seals the connection.

Now I was thinking of a custom loop and the 19mm/13mm master kleer tubing http://www.aquatuning.nl/product_info.php/info/p10941_Masterkleer-Slang-PVC-19-13mm--1-2-ID--Clear-3-3m--10ft---Retail-Package-.html/XTCsid/fqdn3228v5tt0f4osim7os77o0 caught my attention for the D5 pump. and the compression fittings that I want are:

and

Any advice would be appreciated.

Honestly, stay away from masterkleer. Leechfest. This is a lot better Tygon R6016.
Not sure what's available for purchase in the Netherlands. Primochill Advanced LRT is another great option.

I also went with 19/13mm tubing, I have the primochill primoflex advanced tubing. I love it, really prone resistant to kinks (dunno why I said prone lol) and easy to install. You will need a good set of scissors to cut it though, its thick.
