Normally I baby all of my electronics and keep them in mint condition, but I never thought the screen would ever crack itself. I took the S3 out of my pocket one day and behold, a hairline across the screen. I think it was due to being sideways in my pocket, after it happened I looked it up online and I guess it happens sometimes. The rest of the blemishes are from when a friend dropped it retrieving it from a locker.

With that crack? hell no its not worth 140. It will cost you 100 (in parts) just to fix it yourself!

Remember the S5 is OUT which means the S4 is now obsolete and the S3 is pretty much EOL. Sorry to say. Hairline fracture. 50 bucks SHIPPED. If it was in EXQUISITE condition it would be 100 shipped.

Still try to get 140 out of it on ebay or CL.

EDIT--- Wow I just went to Ebay and saw what people are paying for these things. Try an Ebay auction and you might get 170 bucks out of the dang thing. I take it all back!

$100 just to fix the screen? Most definitely not, I've seen them replaced for a minimum of $20 and maximum of $50.

The LCD replacement screen from Samsung direct is 100 bucks?
