We are talking about several dozens of games here, some as old as 10 years, some 2013-2014 releases.

Either I am doing some voodoo on my games and software here to not crash or there is smt wrong with your statement.

Download AIDA and take a look at the memory section. I'm willing to bet Windows has created a pagefile anyway regardless of whether you want it or not.

I am pretty sure Virtual memory is disabled on my system, notwithstanding what AIDA64 says.

The reason is, there is no "pagefile.sys" file in my C: directory (C:\pagefile.sys ) even though the "SHOW PROTECTED OS FILES" and "SHOW HIDDEN FILES" is enabled.

Zero issues.

Pagefile.sys doesn't show up in Windows Explorer even with 'show hidden files and folders' selected. That's why I said take a look at what AIDA says because Windows will create it whether you like it or not.

No, you are wrong, it does show up in Windows Explorer with "SHOW PROTECTED OS FILES" and "SHOW HIDDEN FILES" checked.

Here:

No pagefile.sys in your C: directory= Virtual Memory Disabled.

Hardly rocket science.

But it's not different at all, I'm using 8.1 and it shows up just fine for me; the only time it won't show up is if operating system files are hidden or you have the page file disabled.
