Help with Logitech G930

I just bought G930 from ebay,
At first I connect the usb to the PC for checking, and it was working well, then I turn it off, after that the headset did not work for me at all.
I thought the battery drained off, so I connect the headset to the mini-usb for charging, the charging light sometimes it flashes and sometime does not, and when it turned on it always become stable orange. I hope G930 owners answers my questions:
At the first time when I connect the usb, when I go to the Sounds, it shows that the headset is connect, but now it appears that the headset is not plugged in:

I downloaded the Logitech software to see if it can be helped, I don't know if thats mean the battery is empty or not, so please G930 owners answer me:

When its turned on light should be green. Try another USB port for your IR dungle.

its green but as you can see from the the first pic, the pc does not detect the headset, also look at the 2nd pic, does that means the battery is full or empty?

Mean your battery is empty. When your charging the light should blink orange. Did you try to power it on while connected?
