I'm unsure if -5v is all it needs. If someone can confirm that -5v is all that is needed for a atx12v v1 system to run of a newer psu I will most definitely go that route.
TBH I was going to recap the sound card and volt mod the gpu so I would not be going out of my way to do this ether.

Well I'm going to be buying a new case that comes with a psu. I may and well as try using a 7905
