And the gtx750ti says it's interface is a PCIe 3.0. If I use that in my pcie X 16 will it lower the quality of the card? Sorry I don't know the difference in the PCIs

Just keep it, nothing wrong with having a little extra wattage. It's only a $7.01 difference in price, not worth the hassle of canceling and reordering.

Actually that motherboard is pretty old...like most of the system. If you want to keep the computer I definitely suggest you upgrade it to something newer.

It is completely overkill and it is a bad quality unit. Not much point in having it. That system won't ever draw more than 350 watts or so.

Says who? I've got a CX 500 powering my 2500K @ 4.5GHz with a 7870, been powering it just fine for nearly a year now....

I shouldn't say it's bad I just mean it isn't good quality. The CX units contain low end parts and while it's not going to blow up your computer I just think that the OP would be better off getting something with a lower wattage and better quality.

Your CPU is going to hold that card back more than anything. I would either upgrade the entire system or go for a 7750.
