My Steelseries Kinzu v2 left mouse button is hard to click. Help would be appreciated

The right mouse button is louder and much easier to click compare to the left mouse button, the right click feels deeper when I press down on it. When playing CSGO there is no problem but for Dota 2 it is hard to play. What do you guys think is the problem with my kinzu v2? Do you think there is a fix before I can RMA it? Should I open it?

RMA material is what I say. There's always going to be differences in mouse switches, this is just a QC thing. Only real way to fix is to try another unit.

This mouse feels so stiff when I'm clicking it fast it doesn't feel great. I'm not sure if the other ones without a defect will feel like that

I had the exact same issue with the Kana, I tried weighing down the button in the hopes that it might soften it up or something, but it didn't really help. I eventually just got rid of it, but you could RMA it.

and did you open that kana to see what the problem was

I had a look inside to see if mouse1 was getting stuck on anything, but it looked fine, I assume it was just a dodgy switch. I asked a few friends with the mouse and they both said theirs was fine, but I didn't bother getting it replaced.

Your only options are to RMA the mouse, or replace the switch.
